Kryddig färssoppa med friskt äpple är billigt och gott. Passar bra efter en lång söndagspromenad eller till vardags.

Ingredients


400 g	Nötfärs
3 pc.	Potatis
2 tbsp	Tomatpuré
2 clove	Vitlök
1 tbsp	Olivolja
2 tsp	Curry
1 pc.	Gul lök
1 pc.	Äpple Granny Smith
2 tbsp	Citron
4 dl	Passerade Tomater

Instructions

Hacka lök och vitlök. Skala och tärna potatisen. Fräs köttfärs, lök, vitlök och äppeltärningar i smöret. Strö i curryn och låt den fräsa med ett par min.

Tillsätt vatten, köttbuljongtärning, tomatpuré, passerade tomater och citronsaft.

Tillsätt potatistärningarna och låt soppan småkoka i ca 10 min.
