Riv potatisen grovt och blanda med ägg, salt och peppar i en bunke.

Klicka ut det i het stekpanna med smör. Platta till och stek tills de är frasig. Låt rinna av på hushållpapper.

Spritsa eller klicka på lite creme fraiche och toppa med löjrom. Garnera med rödlök och gräslök.
