| 1,5 krm | Kanel Malen | |
Instructions

Mixa 5 st fikon, 5 st plommon, ½ dl tranbär, bönor, havregryn, apelsinsaft och skal och kanel i en matberedare till allt gått ihop.

Lägg i bunke och blanda i fibergryn och mera torkade tranbär.

Platta ut till en 2 cm kaka och lägg i kylen ca 1 timme. Skär och njut!
